TicketNew acts as an agent between you and the cinema, and we are not responsible for refunds unless specified in the event of a technical error on our platform.

• Attempting to bypass our security measures
• Using automated scripts to scrape data or book tickets
• Providing false information during registration or booking
• Reselling tickets purchased through TicketNew for a profit without authorization
